Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation Window

Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to trip start time are eligible for a 100% full refund with zero cancellation charges.

2. Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made within 24 hours of trip start time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 day's rental amount. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed automatically within 5 to 7 business days to the original source account (UPI, credit card, or net banking).
