1. Driving License & Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid original Driving License (DL) to rent a self-drive car on SmartDrive. Learner licenses are not accepted.
2. Vehicle Usage & Speed Limits
Vehicles must be used responsibly. Speed limits must be strictly adhered to (maximum 80 km/h or as indicated by government regulations). Driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics is prohibited and results in immediate forfeiture of security deposit and legal action.
3. Security Deposit & Damage Policy
A refundable security deposit is collected at pickup. In case of vehicle damage, repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit according to our standard damage fee schedule.
4. Fuel Policy
Cars are provided with a minimum amount of fuel. Customers are expected to return the car with the same fuel level as received.
